Hello weekend (:

Well, this has been a great week! I'm leaving at 6 tomorrow morning for Tech.. I'm rather excited! I discovered that my little Anna (my weiny dog!) makes a good running partner. She's precious! Oh! We got report cards today, and I got a 98 in physics. I'm pretty stinkin pumped!!
God continues to amaze me as always. It blows my mind how faithful he continues to be, even when I am not. It's very exciting!

After Leanna gets out of choir mess we're going to Chandler's (a.k.a Trippy/Fez/Valentine) soccer game. Go Chandler!!! I think I just might make an elephant butt sign for that little punk. Well, he will score a goal in the game today. He better! Then we're going to stay for the varsity game and all hang out. What a great time it will be. Leanna is pretty much the funnest person to be around, and Chandler's right up there as well, so being around both of them will be fun! Theeeeen! Then Jessica and I are going out to Leanna's to watch Beauty and the Beast. I'm pretty much pumped! I love these two girls SO SO much. They're my best friends in the entire world (:
Tomorrow is going to be rather eventful as well! I've got to work first off, only for about 2 hours though. Then we're having a get together at Jessica's. I'm really excited! Sometime or another, Chandler and I are going to scavenge the park. Acting like little kids = THE BEST. Haha. He's going to teach me how to do the little worm dealy for mock cheer tryouts. Theeeen we're gonna creep on people. Those silly people. And to finish out the day, Skype with Zach!! I sure do miss him..

This is Amazing! How blessed are we to have a PERFECT father. He knows EVERYTHING, and yet he still loves us! Thank you so much Daddy!!! 

Just a boy and a girl trying to take on the world.

    I remember the first time I saw you... I knew you were different, simply by that quirky smile of yours. I was new here, so I was really uncomfortable. But there was something about you, a certain warmth radiating through the whole room, that made me feel welcome. I was 2 years younger, so I expected nothing less but to be another face in the room with no meaning. You proved me wrong. You actually talked to me. You were friendly and accepting. That was the first time I ever talked to you, and I knew from that instant you were unlike any guy I'd ever met.
      Over a year and a half later, and you're my best friend. You're not around anymore, but it means a lot that you still keep in touch and take interest in my life. I wouldn't trade our friendship for the world. Anytime I hear a Beatles song, I instantly think of riding in your truck, windows down, and the stereo blasting out. God knew the kind of friend I needed, and I guess it was you. I'm forever thankful.

"Absence makes the heart grow fonder." You never really know the true meaning until you experience it.

The earth and sky flee from him..

In Revelations 20:11 it says "Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them."

          Crazy, huh? It's hard to imagine both the earth and sky fleeing from God. Not only are the things of this earth temporary, but the actual earth itself is as well. Meaning, we don't belong here. This is our temporary home.
